a simple exercise developed by me for back and abs, eyes .

CAUTION: High BP or Heart Patients or suffering from any odr serious disease, pl consult yr docctor before doing them .

The exercise is v simple.
 all u got to do is to sit at the end of   the single bed of a single cot in such a way that wen u lie down on the bed, yr upper body and yr lower body r on opposite sides of the bed , as in yr feet and yr body r hanging on the floor from the two sides of the bed.   u wl have to do this a little carefully , especially if u r a too heavy weighted coz then u might loose balance. yr legs shud b such that yr feet r touching the ground  and then just lie down on yr back on the odr side of bed and then just take a deep breathe and stretch yr body completely. take a few more deep breaths and as u exhale , make sure u pull yr abs inside and hold as long as u can .yr hands cn b left to hang at the back..  then again take a deep breathe and so on. u cn do this for 4-5 breaths. also try to look at the hanging palms , that is very good for the eyes. this is also good for the face as there is a lot of blood flow to the brain and face this way. this wl improve the blood circulation in yr face and yr face wl look better.

next , u need to bring yr both feet at the level of the bed/ body , cross them at the ends, and bring yr two hands at the back also in a cross at the palms and then take a few  deep breaths.
 these r for the back.
 for the abs , u need to first pull up both yr legs to at high as u can , b careful , if u r too heavy weighted , then u might tend to loose yr balance or fall on the odr side, it is better that u  take suport of a chair or something at the back wid yr hands.
 then pull yr upper body up so that u r now in a boat shaped position and pulling yr abs inside. . this is v good for the abs as even trying to get yr upper body a little up , puts a lot of pressure on yr abs. u cn feel the pull on  yr abs while doing this . hold in this position for a few seconds and then release yr upper body .
 repeat the procedure 3-4 times.
 this is for the upper abs.
 now lower yr legs so that they r touching the floor. bend them to 90 degrees and make sure u r fixed to the bed by fixing yr knee at the cot ends. then again try to raise yr upper body . while doing this , keep yr hands upright and look at yr handa.
 this is v good for the lower abs .
 repeat 3-4 times.
 and lastly , just stretch yr whole body wid yr hands perpendicular to the body , stretched and  then again wid yr  hands stretched back . this way yr whole body wl get a nice stretch .
 even if u just lie down on a single cot bed , wid yr legs anbd hands on either side, and take a few deep breaths , yr body wl get a nice stretch and that wl help u to loose a lot of back fat .
 by doing these exercises , see how yr back fat starts vanishing in few days and how u feel that yr whole body has got elongated .
 this wl also help those with faulty posture to improve the same.

How To Buy An UMBRELLA ??

 well , not much of guidelines .
 only two for this purpose to protect u from the rains :
 umbrellas that hav the metal rods fixed to the fabric with stitches at intervals r stronger.
 there r also those avilable wherein the metal rods that holds the fabric stretched , r just put inside some holes ( made of plastic)at the end of the fabric , these umbrellas r not good as the rods keep on cuming out of the holes as also they r weak. u open them against the rains in an open area and yr umbrella is broken , by the strong gush of winds.
 secondly , it is better to buy umbrellas that hav their handles bent in a U shape , where u hold the umbrella,  that gives a better grip over the umbrella .
even if yr grip is a little loose , the umbrella wl not fall  off easily .  

how to prevent yr shopkeeper from cheating u ?

How to make sure yr local shopkeper gives u genuine stuff and also at a fair and reasonable price?

well , the trick /tip is simple, nothing too much of a hassle.
 whenever i go to any small nearby local shops to buy any thing , the shopkeeper always shows me the best of things which wl actually b good to use and geuine. apart from that , he also takes time to show me things in  a little relaxed state of mind and slowly , AARAAM SEY  and does not rush to just somehow sell to me watever he can .
this is for shops which do not have a fixed rate /that does not have a price tag /label wherein no bargaining happens. this is for small veggeies and fruits store and odrs u may say , electrical appliances( small ones of day-to-day use) etc. he also knows which r the things that i wud like and if i m particular abt quality and / price etc.
 ALL  i do is I PATRONIZE  a particular shop- thats all , that does  the trick .
so the moment i enter that shop, the shopkeeper is all prepared to show me the best stuff and also giv me discounts.
of course, no doubt , u wl have to take the trouble yrself to know which shop u need to patronize.
maybe, i wl post tips on that also sometime.
as of now, i do so wid the help of my intuition.

a tip to improve will power and determination

A tip to develop will power and determination by my own experiences;
sometimes v r lazy or v just dont feel like doing a cetain activity or a work , it cud b anything for ex even doing yr daily exercise. 
so how do u make yrself do it ?
 its a simple trick , made by me, try it . wid me it works , see if it works for u too.
Trick: put yr tongue ( tip of tongue) on the upper palate of yr mouth at the point where yr upper teeth and gums join each odr ( at the back side of yr upper teeth/ inside the mouth) . this wl stop u from thinking that - oh , i dont feel like doing ex now etc and the moment this thought is not dere, actually u wl not have ANY thought wen u do this, yr mind sort of doesnt work ( as in , it cant think) in the sense that u kind of become " mechanical" and then u cn do watever u want to do bcoz usually it is our thoughts that prevents us from doing a certain thing and   then just DO yr that activity , exercise or watever it is. It really works bcoz most of the times we feel lazy only for the simple reason that v start thinking that oh , i dont feel like doing this now, or i feel lazy etc. 
this tip is also good for people who r v tensed as by doing this , unwanted thought that haunt us can b stopped  for that much time and that gives us some relief temporarily. 
also this tip cn also b used while watching tv or reading etc to have a presence of mind.

 aur tub maai kehat hai - muu abhi chaa nahin banaaa sakat hai , muu abhi pooja karat hai 
 toh hum kehat hai - ay maai , jaraa saa banaa dey naH, ITTAAA MUN KARAT HAI , 
 TU  APNI BIYTIYAA KEY LIYE ITTAA BHI NAHIN KAR SAKAT HO KAA?

 aur fir dus minute baad oo apni bitiyaa key khaatir chaa key saath garma-garam  pakorhaa bhi le aawat hai , 
oo bhaartiya maai hai nah , 
BHOOL GAYE KAA AAP LOG??

lekin fir hum to idhar mumbai mein hun nah ,
toh HIYAAN  kon chai dewat hai ..
 EE SOCHEY KEY HUMAAR mun udaas ho jaawat hai .
fir jaisey he hinyaa ki baarish ka paani humrey upar parhat hai ,
toh humaar muh sey nikley hai -

waah rey mumbai ,
 YAAR, bahut kaminey ho tum ,
  humAAR mun BHI moh ley gawaaa....
