A tip to develop will power and determination by my own experiences;
sometimes v r lazy or v just dont feel like doing a cetain activity or a work , it cud b anything for ex even doing yr daily exercise.
so how do u make yrself do it ?
its a simple trick , made by me, try it . wid me it works , see if it works for u too.
Trick: put yr tongue ( tip of tongue) on the upper palate of yr mouth at the point where yr upper teeth and gums join each odr ( at the back side of yr upper teeth/ inside the mouth) . this wl stop u from thinking that - oh , i dont feel like doing ex now etc and the moment this thought is not dere, actually u wl not have ANY thought wen u do this, yr mind sort of doesnt work ( as in , it cant think) in the sense that u kind of become " mechanical" and then u cn do watever u want to do bcoz usually it is our thoughts that prevents us from doing a certain thing and then just DO yr that activity , exercise or watever it is. It really works bcoz most of the times we feel lazy only for the simple reason that v start thinking that oh , i dont feel like doing this now, or i feel lazy etc.
this tip is also good for people who r v tensed as by doing this , unwanted thought that haunt us can b stopped for that much time and that gives us some relief temporarily.
also this tip cn also b used while watching tv or reading etc to have a presence of mind.
